With capital overflowing from coast to coast, smart multifamily operators are back in demand as investors seek firms who can make money on operations, not asset dispositions. Top executives must show they know how to balance raising rents with retaining residents, maintain a strong portfolio without buying too high or selling too soon, and capture new business and investors without diluting their culture and core capabilities.
This year’s Multifamily Executive Conference focuses on operations with a fresh mix of education, exhibits, and networking opportunities. Attend and you’ll learn how to:
• enhance your properties • make the smartest deals • deliver top returns to partners and investors. We have a stellar line-up of more than 40 speakers including: Bill Donges, CEO, Lane Co.
