All reservations must be made by 5:00 pm eastern time on January 31, 2007 to take advantage of the special discounted group rate. After this time rooms may be available at the regular hotel rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 15, 2007, or for registrants who do not attend the conference. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. You must cancel your hotel reservations separately and may be responsible for a cancellation fee from the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Name changes are permitted at any time.
